Creamy Roasted Garlic White Chicken Pizza 😍😋

Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven to preheat as well.
On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough to your desired thickness.
In a small bowl, mash the roasted garlic cloves with olive oil to form a paste. Spread the garlic paste evenly over the pizza dough.
Evenly distribute the sliced chicken breast over the garlic paste.
Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheeses over the chicken.
Add dollops of ricotta cheese evenly across the pizza.
Top with fresh spinach leaves and sliced red onion.
Sprinkle dried oregano and dried basil over the top. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Transfer the pizza to a baking sheet or preheated pizza stone. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
