Ingredients:

8 slices of ham (thinly sliced)
8 cheese sticks (Mozzarella, Cheddar, or your favorite cheese)
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 large eggs (beaten)
1 cup breadcrumbs (plain or seasoned)
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
1/2 teaspoon paprika (optional)

Place a cheese stick on the edge of each ham slice and roll it up tightly. Make sure the cheese is fully covered by the ham.
